Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Agent to join our team full-time on-site in Marrakech. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our growth by helping us source and onboard new clients. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our outsourcing efforts to ensure the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Watermelon Hub’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand clients’ needs and present tailored outsourcing solutions.
• Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives.
• Track and report on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in outsourcing or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing landscape and client needs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for business growth.
• Previous experience working in a client-facing role is a plus.
